  1. What happens after the 30 day free trial? - If you do not cancel your subscription you will be charged for using the TravelPoint service according to the plan you have subscribed.
  2. Am I charged in advance? - Yes. Begining of every month your credit card will be charged according to the plan you have subscribed.
  3. Are there any long-term contracts? - No. TravelPoint software service is a pay-as-you-go service. You pay month-to-month. When you decide not to continue you simply email us to discontinue the service.
  4. How can I integrate with my web site? - TravelPoint comes with easy to program RestAPI. Your web site can pull content from TravelPoint using the API and key to publish information on your web site. Or you can rely on our professional services to take care of the integration.
  5. What is included in professional services? - To make the transition to TravelPoint as easy and efficiently as possible we have included the following as part of professional services package.
    • Data Entry - One time uploading of upto 25 programs each program may include upto 45 day itenerary, 50 dates, 5 options, and 2 pricing.
    • Web site integration - Insert tags for TOC (table of content) and program details so that published programs can be viewed in web site in standard layout, and style.
    • Change Request - Upto 5 change request per week to modify the program details and 1 change request to modify style, title, and heading of published programs.
    • Quality Control - Check that the web site has no broken links, only published programs are made available, inquiry forms are functional, pictures in the context of itenerary and programs are relevant, check that the site works properly across major browsers (IE, FF, Chrome, and Safari). Fixes will be done only to portions of TravelPoint (primarily programs, and TOC)
  6. Does the free trial include professional services? - No. It is available only for paying customers.
